العالم يدرك ان الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية هي ثالث أكبر دولة في العالم سواء من حيث المساحة أو من حيث عدد السكان. وبعد الحرب العالمية الثانية أصبحت أمريكا هي القوة الأكثر تأثيرا في العالم، لكن سياساتها العالمية تثير الجدل على نطاق واسع.
فعقب نهاية الحرب الباردة وانهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي باتت الولايات المتحدة القوى العظمى الوحيدة. ورغم أزمتها المالية إلا أن الجيش الأمريكي ما يزال أكثر جيوش العالم قوة وإنفاقا على التسلّح.
انت تتحدث دائما عن الد يموقراطية منذ ان كنت نائبا للرئيس الأمريكي باراك أوباما ثم بعد ان أصبحت رئيسا لأمريكا. لكن هناك تباين شاسع بين حديثك وبين افعالك حول الديموقراطية
لاحظت ولاحظ المراقبون وخبراء التحليل السياسي ..

وخلقت نزاعات وصراعات خطيرة تعرض البشرية الي كارثه إنسانية أخطر مما فعله النازي هتلر.

ووضح ذلك في تحركاتك المعلنة والغير معلنة في الفترة الأخيرة حول مشكلة المياه بين مصر والسودان مع اثيوبيا . رغم ان الدول الثلاث هي دول افريقية أعضاء في منظمة الاتحاد الافريقي مختص في بحث وحل المشاكل بين أعضائه. وأيضا هناك مجلس الامن وهناك منظمة الأمم المتحدة وهناك روسيا وهناك الصين وكوريا وهناك الاتحاد الأوربي. الا أنك ضربت بعرض الحائط أهمية وقدرة الجميع علي حل مشكلة من اخطر المشاكل في العالم الا وهي قضية الماء بين مصر والسودان وبين اثيوبيا .وتصديت بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر وبشكل سري وعلني وباتفاقات مع اثيوبيا وإسرائيل وادخلت علي قضية الماء مساومات لصالح إسرائيل والتلميح والتصريح بالطمع في ارض سيناء المصرية وأيضا رغبتكم في تحجيم مصر وإيقاف حركة التطوير والتنمية والتقدم في مصر
هل هذا هو دور بلدكم كدولة كبري ؟

هل تعتقد ان قطع المياه عن 150 مليون انسان مصري وسوداني سوف تمر بسلام . ودون ان تدفع الولايات المتحدة أمريكية ثمن جريمة التامر علي حياة الشعبين المصري والسوداني . هل تأمرك مع اثيوبيا ضد مصر والسودان سيمر بسلام .

في دراسة تحليلية قادمة من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كشفت رعايتكم وتأييدكم وسعيكم وتخطيطكم عن خريطة جديدة يمكن للعالم العربي أن يكون عليها بعد ثورات الربيع العربي التي شهدها وغيرت من أنظمة الحكم فيه.
لا زالتْ تبعاتُ الربيع العربِي تنذِرُ بالكثير، وفقَ ما نشرته الدراسة التحليلية الأمريكيَّة المسربة من البيت الأبيض ، التِي تحدثت عن إمكانيَّة إعادة رسمِ الخريطة السياسيَّة في بلدان الحراك، بصورة تفضِي إلى تقسيمهَا إلى عدَّة دوليَات، فِي أعقابِ ما عرفته من انقسَام، حُيَال حكَّامهَا الجدد، وهشاشة توافقهم على من خلفوهم .
بدءً بسوريا، توقعات، أن تنقسمُ البلاد التي تحولت ثورة أهلها السلميَّة المطالبة بالحريَّة لحربٍ أهليَّة، إلى ثلاث دولٍ، بسبب الصراع المذهبِي والدينِي؛ واحدةٌ منها للطائفة العلويَّة التي حكمت البلاد لعقود، وينتمِي إليها بشَّار الأسد، حيث يرجح أنْ ينشئَ العلويُّون دولتهم فِي الساحل السورِي على المتوسط، إلى جانب دولة للأكراد تمتدُّ لتلتئمَ بكردستان العرَاق، على أن ينضمَّ سنَّة سوريَا إلى المحافظات السنيَّة في العراق، لتشكيل دولة سنستان”.
أمَّا العراق الذِي يعانِي سلفًا، من نعرات طائفيَّة حادة غذَّاها الغزو الأمريكي، فمن المرجح، حسب سعيكم وتخطيطكم أنْ يتحدَّ شماله مع شمال سوريَا، في دولة الأكراد، على أن يذهبَ الوسط السنِي إلى الوحدة مع سنة سوريَا، فيما سيبقى جنوب البلاد للشيعة.
وبشأن ليبيَا، التوقعات أنْ تدفع بها النعرات القبليَّة إلى الانقسام إلى 3 دوليات، واحدة في الشمال الغربِي للبلاد، عاصمتها طرابلس، وأخرى في الشرق تتبعُ لبنغازِي، زيادة على دولة فزان، التابعة لسبها، التِي عرفت بولائهَا للقذافِي، خلال ثورة 17 فبراير ضد نظام القذافِي.
أمَّا اليمن الذِي يُعانِي الفقر والانقسام، فمن المرجح حسب أنْ يصبح يَمَنَيْن، يمنٌ شمالِي، وآخر جنوبِي، على أنْ تتجزأَ السعوديَّة بدورها، بسبب المذهبيَّة والقبليَّة، إلى خمس دوليات، وهابستان في الوسط، وأخرَى في الغرب تضمُّ مكة والمدينة وجدة، ودويلة في الجنوب، وأخرى في الشرق مع الدمام، إلى جانب دويلَة أخرَى في الشمَال.
يما يرجحُ أنْ يصبح اليمن بأكمله أو جنوبه على الأقل جزءً من السعوديَّة، التِي تعتمدُ تجارتها بالكامل تقريبًا على البحر، حيث إنَّ من شأنِ إيجاد منفذٍ على بحر العرب أن يقلل الاعتماد الكامل على مضيق هرمز، التي تخشى السعودية من قدرة إيران على الاستيلاء عليه وحرمَان دول الخليج من عبوره.
ورأى محللو الدراسة بأن التفتت وسلسلة الانقسامات الناجمة عن النزاعات والخلافات الإثنية والطائفية، سيعيد رسم خريطة الشرق الأوسط من جديد في صورة أكثر مأساوية منذ معاهدة سايكس بيكو في عام 1916 .
وجدير بالذكر أن هذا التقسيم قد استثنى الجزائر من الدول المعرضة للتقسيم بالرغم من الصراعات والنزاعات التي تهز تركيبتها المهددة بالانقسام والانشطار.
